This a message to let people of San Carlos, Guaymas, Empalme, and the world know that International Computer Solutions will continue to give support to our community throughout this crisis. To do this we will be making some changes, but first let us introduce you to our remote services, and how we will help you maintain your computers, phones, networks, and devices from a distance. Stay safe, and instead of increasing your risk of exposure by venturing outside or inviting a tech inside, try one of our remote services.
Remote Services:
These are strange times. People aren’t sure how to behave.We don’t really know what is going to happen next. It changes everyday. People will continue to need access to information and entertainment no matter what happens in the following weeks. We can help.
International Computer Solutions has a long successful history of providing customers in all locations with excellent support through our remote services. Our remote services allow us to help find solutions even if we’re a vast distance from a home or office.
We expect there to come a time we will be ‘locked down’ and many of us will be in our homes waiting for this epidemic to subside. Even before this, we imagine many of us may choose to self-isolate, and begin best practices to keep the virus at bay. Our goal should be to help limit the spread of this disease by limiting our exposure to each other.
Because of the concerns for communal spread we will be discontinuing onsite consultations and office visits for the immediate future. Our office will continue to be open for projects to be dropped off and picked up, and our remote service will be available by appointment.
Until things normalize, we will be as cautious as we can while continuing to support our community as they have needs for communication, information, and entertainment. Please contact us for any ways we can help you through this crisis.
